anyone got any ideas on how to build a gokart any ideas on the front end

HAHAHA...all you really need is to hve a frame welded together, or go and buy yourself a pre-made frame, then, all you really gotta do is get and engine and clutch. the steering is the easiest part...you just have a link on the end of the steering shaft that connects to the two wheels... not really bad at all. i have actually thought about building a dune buggy with a small 4-cyl

i was looking at some pics online i think iwill be building one im trying to practice my welding im going to school to become a welder so im pretty good already just not certified yet but lol im thinking about building something that will require alot of welding maybe with a roll cage or something or put a engine of a small car from the junk yard is this possible im trying to learn how to do all the custom fabrication like they use to do in monster garage do u guys remember the show

that sounds like a fun project. maybe u can steel some steering stuff from a broken golf cart

don't know what to do on the front end but i know what you can do for the motor. do what i did 600cc motorcycle motor its fun. i used a trashed cbr 600

its fun we have it sprocketed so its got alot of torque and does all of like 70mph in the last gear. goes thru them quick. very fun.
