Well you could pay 5X that and still not like what you get. Someone low on funds may try them and they turn out to be a gem.

Just sent them a message to see how low a price I might be able to get them for if I bought a large quantity (50+) up front on the Aurum Cantus subs. I would then pass the saving to you guys. I'll keep you posted to see what deal they maybe able to work for me.

Do not buy the Goldwoods. 2mm Xmax. The 4" MIDRANGES I use in my home speakers do 3mm. They are the kind of speaker I would recommend if you will be selling your car and need to put cheap speakers in it. And that AC has (almost) nothing on the Tang Band, though it's not bad. It'll be louder with a low-power amp (like stock) but it won't go as low.

Sometimes things like this can be weird. They may still play good even though the specs and all don't look too hot. Just some ideas

Any updates? Bazookas appear to be backordered. I do believe PE has a return policy you can send them back if they suck.

Yep, they do. They're a great place to buy from. Those ACs should be a pretty good choice for DVC (go Peerless SLS if SVC is acceptable). Just keep in mind that 7" speakers rarely fit in cutouts for 6.5/6.75"s.

The specs seem to be just the large mounting flange rather than cut-out hole.

Cut-out is 169mm or 6.65".

The spec sheet says the cutout is 165.5mm which is about 6.5". Seems you will need to cut for it.
