How can i tell if lifters are sticking
From 2000-5500 all of my power there until 5600 the nose will drop until i get another gear. I't's not the rev limiter because it's set at 6300. I've changed the fuel pump, spark plugs and wires and it's still busting up around 55-56k Any help? Thanks,

Do some other basic things first. Clean or replace or hell.. remove your air filter (only temporarily though). Run it up to 6000 at less than wide open throttle and see if the problem recurrs. Check your fuel pressure at WoT. (doesn't mean bad fuel pump, it could mean low voltage or bad wiring).
I do doubt it an internal problem.

I've ran it up to 6k at less than h/t and the power is constanly in and out. As for as the valve springs they could be broken or weak. The car has 84k milles on it. I purchased it at 72k and added the spray around 79k. Thanks aloti'll go get a fuel psi gauge tomorrow to make sure.
