Default greg weld front and rears on a LS1 car...pics inside

here is my buddy's 98 Z28, he ordered the wheels back in march and yes they would not fit on LS1 brakes...so he got LT1 calipers and LT1 caliper brackets and he had to grind a bit but they are clearing the calipers...here are some pics...what you guys think...looks good, the 2nd pic shows the calipers, 15x3.5 fronts, 15x8 rears 5.5 BS with a 255-60-15 tire

I like the wheels but honestly wouldn't change my LS1 brakes for LT1 brakes just to fit these particular wheels on... especially after doing the C5 front brake upgrade...stopping isn't a choice it is a necessity....and good brakes are a requirement. JMO.

it is my car and yes it was alot of trouble but had the stuff and didnt want to spend a fortune on bogarts and dont really like any other wheels. and by the way the lt1 cars stopped pretty good so i dont think ill have any trouble with that. anyway that was alot of work and trouble for some china junk and if i had it to do over i would definately buy some wheels that are guaranteed to fit so **** on greg weld they still say you can make em fit on ls1 brakes and theres no way possible

Seems like they sent out a bunch of these wheels saying they would fit, knowing they did not. Sounds like a co you really want to do business with.
