Default Will stock Mass Air Flow Sensor be fine?

Hey all,
I am building a 6.0l cast iron block. It is the stock block, stock stroke with forged internals and a vick jr intake. I am running the APS TT system with about 10 to 12 psi. I am curious if the stock MAF sensor will be able to keep up with my set up. I ask becouse my brother has a 302 powerd rusttang and his maf will not support his vortec blower and the boost. Well atleast that is what a dyno shop told him.
Thanks for the help!

Thanks
Chris J

Yes but read up on it, a SD tune offers allot of advantages over the maf but it will be fine for your application.

Th MAF will max out and it will be up to the PE multiplier to get the A/F ratio correct. A good 2-bar SD tune will help things out a lot. A MAF based tune is perfectly fine for stock NA cars
