Default Can a tune make me pass emissions?

Ok, heres the deal guys. I've got a 2002 camaro ss that I've had for a little over a month now. The car already had pacestter headers and a 3" inch catted y-pipe on it. I've had tons of codes come up an thus far I've replaced the knock sensors and the driver side front 02. I have to have a tag soon but I can't pass emissions. Here is what I'm looking at right now:

P0410: Secondary Air Inj Sys Malfunction
P1133: Fuel and Air Metering Code

Also I have to DTC codes that I can not get to complete :

Catalyst
Oxygen Sensor Heater

My question is can a tuner make my car pass emissions? Can the manually set the DTCs to Completed? Any input is appreciated guys.

You can't set the codes to completed, only driving it will set the cmopleted flag. However a tuner can turn off the flag to set the MIL light (CEL) in the future.

first off the 1133 code ...just delete it. its pointless you may also get 1153... get a tuner to delete those for ya

the secondary air..you can set them off
YOU WILL HAVE TO TURN OFF ALL DTC AND MIL STATUS in order for it to show ready in the emissions testing
