Default o2 sensor problem on 2000 Accord

I know this isn't LSx based but maybe some of you out there could help me. A buddy of mine has a 2000 honda accord with a 2.3L it had 2 codes for the 02 sensors saying something about the heating element for the sensor. So i change out the sensor an it still has the same problem but its just now throwing one code. It's saying something about the heating circuit for the sensor, the problem is i dont know what fuse controls the heating element, i checked all of them under the hood an on the side of the dash (there in the same exact place as on a firebird) so im not sure where to go from here, anyone have any expertise in 02 sensors? what powers the zirconiom (or however you spell that) heating element?
