It was GREAT! I was in the 3rd floor suite. The weather turned out great, it only rained for 20 min or so. Ashley Force went low 4.75 @ 329!!! Cool day and night! We got pics with Ashley, John and his other daughter? The track really started to hook after the sun stared to go down.

My brother and I went on Thursday (only $13, a bargain). The afternoon got a bit warm but the wind helped keep the small crowd cool. Anyway, here are Friday's race results:

We had a good day. No rain made it worth our while for going just very windy. The thing that sucked is that they ran the top fuel before the alcohol classes. The reason we go on friday is to see the top fuel blowing flames out of the cars as they haul *** down the track. I guess they moved the schedule around to make sure that they got their second pass in before the rain that never happened. Oh well we had a good time and got out of there around 10:00. I'm heading to Martin MI US 131 today to see Gil from ACE. Have a good weekend. Vince

I was there Fri and Sat. Going tomorrow too. Last LS1 I am in the third floor suite too 304. I probably sat next to you or somewhere close. Great seats, right over the start line, got to go out to get some REAL noise though. Great time. They were still qualifying top fuel at 7pm cause of the rain delay. Long day!
