I'm guessing he's trying to say, will 110 leaded hurt my car?

If so, yes. Just run 93

Huh? It's hard to understand because it makes no sense and because it's the world's longest runon sentence.

He meant to type: How many people use CAM 2 race gas, which I believe is 110 octane? Are there any benefits or drawbacks. By the way, my car has no catalytic convertors.

Now we all know what he's asking.

If your engine isn't high compression or big boost I would run regular 93 and get a good tune. It seems like a waste of money otherwise.

Actually its more like a "I don't know how to use any grammer or punctuation, so I type things that make no sense." I'm not sure what you would call that, but I don't think its a riddle.

You need to worry about the sensors and the cats. The lead bungs up the sensor and skews the readings. If you run leaded fuel on a cam only engine or stock ( I have no idea why you would, unless you are running Nitrous or Boost) your spending money on fuel you don't need. 93 octane fuel is more than enough for what your are doing, and it will save you money.

Cam 2 is race gas that alot of Speedway gas stations carry. It is a leaded fuel, that will clog your cats if you have them, and even if you dont, will still kill your o2 sensors. I ran like one tank once and killed my o2s. You can however buy unleaded race gas, like Torco 109, and it will be safe.

I dumped 5 gallons of CAM 2 in with 93 octane and it toasted the O2's. I wouldn't recommend it.

Useless to put high octane in a car that doesn't need it. Stick with 93. Unless your boosted and or run high compression.

Cam 2 is and always has been a Sunoco product. There's more than just the 110 octane. They have a better fuel called 260 GT. It's 100 octane, unleaded, and completely street legal. It will not harm either cats or oxygen sensors. It's unnecessary for anything but a high compression or boosted engine.
