Default TR230 w/ TSP 2.5's?

Hey guys-

Just curious if swapping out my TR224 for a TR230 would cause any issues?

All I wanna do is swap the cams and I am currently running the TSP 2.5 heads..

Thanks guys

J

Yeh, I don't mind retuning.. Just wanted to make sure I would be good with clearance issues, etc..

Get a custom cam to match the heads.

Yeh, I could do that, also.. I really like the Tr224, just looking for something a lil' more aggressive sounding..

Yes TR230= 230/224 111+4LSA

That is a nice cam, one of my favorites, but with those heads, to benefit more of the trq potential of the smaller runners (220cc), I prefer a cam like this:

230/232 .612/.595 111+2 LSA
Custom XFI/XE-R, Thunder can grind that for you.
3016R intake lobe
3726R Exhaust lobe
111 LSA and 109 ICL
