Default now Keyless entry won't work after new BCM

I have a 2000 Camaro SS.
My radio and power windows use to shut on and off at the same time. From searching on this forum, I found that it was the BCM that needed to be replaced. I installed a new BCM from the dealership, who ordered it using my VIN. I installed the new BCM yesterday which has fixed all the previous problems, but now the one thing that use to work properly, my keyless entry, hasn't worked since the install. My car came with keyless entry from the factory.

Does anyone know what I need to do?
Am I suppose to recalibrate my remotes to the new BCM?
Or is it possible that the parts guy ordered the wrong BCM for my car?

Just reprogram the remotes to the BCM (you're actually programming the BCM to recognize the remotes) using the instructions in the owner's manual and also posted in the "Frequently Asked Questions" sticky at the top of the forum.
