Default Can you tune with a stock O2 sensor?

How accurate would a separate stock O2 sensor and one of the AF ratio guages from autometer be? Good enough to tune to?

Thanks

NOt in my opinion, unless you like to gamble? To inaccurate, yes there is a scale from one of the users here, but for $350 you can get the innovative products wideband and tune, or a little more and FJO, or techedge.

Neither one are worth a damn. You need a real wideband O2. I think I'll be going with the $350 one from Innovative.

Not laughing, you are correct. I tune with Predator for now, but will be getting the wideband first and continue to mod my way until the Predator can no longer serve its purpose. The more info you have on what going on, wideband, autotap etc.. the better the tune can be.

As long as you don't tune the WOT AFM (PE) you don't need a wideband O2. Some people try to use the stock O2's, but you are playing with fire to do so.

Hey "RedWS6" shut up! If you don't have something positive to contribute - don't reply at all. If you want to 'flame' someone, go to the Honda sites.

Sorry mate didn't intend to be insulting. Never knew what a ricer was, now I know its something to do with jap crap. We call them something different over here so was unsure of your terminology.
Honda is nothing to do with England, we only make Vauxhall and Ford here now.

I just called innovative and this product sounds really cool. It even has an output to signal say an autometer AF guage. It will show data realtime and then you can download it to a laptop to view the results. It takes all kinds of readings like TPS posit, RPM, etc... So it sound pretty cool and much cheaper than FJO.
