White LS1 Z28 in Newport, DE Last Night I was next to a white LS1 Z28 and a 99-04 Mustang GT at a light last night on Kirkwood Highway in Newport, DE. Anyone here?

There are so many ls1 cars around here it is not uncommon to see one every couple minutes your driving around.Was the z28 lowered with black rims?If so its a boy named dave and he is not on here.He always rides around with a black mustang.
