I don't have a guage to add the degree's after the initial torque of 75 ftlbs. What is a good final # to end with? Thanks

from the gm service manual:

the correct torque is:

Crankshaft Balancer Bolt - First Pass - Install a NEW Bolt After the Installation Pass and Tighten as Described in the First and Final Passes

first pass 37 lb ft

Crankshaft Balancer Bolt - Final Pass
140 degrees

you can estimate the 140 degrees,, just put a mark on the bolt head and next to it on the pulley, you know where 90 degrees is and 180 degrees

you better have the flywheel locked with the correct tool if the engine is on the stand and have a very long bar to put on the end on a 1/2" or 3/4" breaker bar and have a couple guys hold the engine if it is on a stand

way I do it, once the pulley is seated 100%

install new bolt tq. to 37lbs

then index the head of the bolt and try to move it past 90º with an air impact, it won't want to go past 90-100º
