what is a good daily cam for 5.3 truck

what is a good daily cam for 5.3 truck I just bought an 06 chevy 1500 2wd and i am wanting to do a cam, maybe a set of heads, but im needing help finding a cam that will work with and exhaust, intake, intake manifold, and some extras but i want to do a cam first and im not sure what size to go with since i have and automatic, so help me out a little bit

I have an 02 4.8L as my DD with a 556/562 lift and 212/218 dur @ 112. I did have a 2800 stall in, but went back to stock to save a little gas money.
I only have a cat-back on top of that with a power pipe.
