INjector leaking around aftermarket fuel rail help

Default INjector leaking around aftermarket fuel rail help

started the car for first time since turbo install ran fine for 5 min tell I noticed fuel spraying out around the injector checked the oring no cracks or cuts so I reinstalled turned key no leak started car and inj leaked again like it get pushed off the seal from the press but on the rails thiers no place to put the clips any suggestions on what to do also what should the press be in the rails and how much press should it be able to hold be for pushing out a injector also I'm using a return system with a aftermarkeet regulator

We recently had this happen on a CTS-V that we built an LS2 engine for. It didn't leak on us, but it did once the customer got the car back (figures...) He took the rail off and ground a little off the one end so the injector would fit tighter. Apparently the rail was machined wrong, and there was too much of a gap for the injector to be pushed in far enough. Bob
