Default Small electrical problem

First off, it's a 98 Z28. Sometimes when driving down the road, the radio/cd will randomly shut off for no reason, and the screen will go blank, no time or anything. Also, my power windows wont work during this time. I have the 12disc if that changes anything. Then, completley randomly, it'll turn back on, and all the power will work.

Any idea what it could be?

sounds like a short of some kind. how are your fuses? Ive had this happen with an after market radio, and it turned out the fuse was blown, but would still make contact till it got warm.

i need to check the fuses still, it's still the stock radio. It was doing fine all last night and today, but shorted out as SOON as rain hit the hood. lol and i was stuck driving home with my windows down in the rain, and there was HUGE rain drops

EDIT: Not the fuses, just checked.

Well, I think it stopped, I don't know why, but, whatever, I'll bump this again if it happens again.
