The Poor Mans ls1
I thought you guys would get a kick out of my build. Turbo/meth 3.4l. Should be running in a week or 2. Looking to match stock ls1 numbers as far as HP goes. Goal is to beat my uncles 07 Mustang GT. More pics to come...

IMHO its waaaay less time and energy spent to go the turbo route, especailly since I have limited tools/help. There is no real tuning available for the car, unless you build a stand alone. Im ganna use a cartech FMU and #24 injectors to get a rough tune. I might look more into megasquirt if I cant get it to run right.

the tb on a 3.4 is small,
i helpd a friend build a turbo system for a 95 m5 3.4, camaro
the trans is a t5 with a 1 1/8 26 spline input shaft, the trans was pretty strong, but the motor did not like psi,
he used a begi mrfpr, it replaced the stock fpr and also acted as the adj. fmu
the turbo was a t60, using 30 lb. inj., it ran pig rich, but i would have to say it spooled the turbo pretty good, and saw 10+psi, felt like a bolt on's ls1
but the engine went on a hard run, it blew a gasket and locked the engine, but it run hard

And I have to give it up to TIAGO. He paved the way and was the first to prove all the 3.4 nay sayers wrong.
