Default Got my LT's and ORY today

Plan to install them whenever i have time. Both pacesetters.
If i install them is it true that the car will run like ****, waste more gas and have check engine light until i tune it?

^^^Yes Disable the rear 02's and the cat over-temp codes. That will clear the lights. And the Diablo tune will lean it out enough to keep from running overly rich.

nice, i've been wanting one for a while... Do you think i can use the same tuner for 2 same cars? the other car is an 02 z28 a4

hey i just ordered my ceramic paceseter's and ORY and motor mounts! i also ordered the stage 8 locking bolts!

they ory is pretty shity from paceheader tho....well from what we saw in my bros ory. they tubes were kinda overlapping.
and the headers are bang for the buck. gonna have fun with those...and smog!!lol

I didnt notice my car eating up any gas after I got my LTs installed, so you should be A Ok.

hey dude, i used the diablosport to disable all my codes, works great. its also a great tool to use to see if your dumping extra fuel. poke around the diablosport forums in the GM gas section, there is a ton of good info and the guys there are really nice if you have questions.

as far as tuning 2 cars, you cant because the tuner will bond with one car and one car only. the only way to make it work with a second car is if you restore the stock tune to the first car. good luck!

Honestly I would ditch the stage 8 bolts and resuse the stock ones. They won't back out I promise.

i know what u mean, but i never liked the way the bolts that come with the pacesetters looked, it looked like a regular bolt i can buy from home depot! and i did not like the fact of using the stock factory bolts, overtime from expansion and contraction it gets weaker and stretches. well the stage 8 bolts were only like 37 bucks!
