Default Repairing a T-top gasket?

It rained the other day and I noticed I was starting to get a couple random drips of water in on the passenger side again. I checked it and found that there is this hole, almost like a staple that got pulled through paper. I have no idea where it came from, but it seeps water a tad. Not bad, just the occasional drip, but annoying enough. Is there a way to fix it?

I attached a pic but all I had handy was my cell phone. Low quality, but you can see the hole at least.

If you want a permanent fix, then I'll state the obvious solution:

Buy a new gasket.

I wasn't sure if the gaskets on the t-tops themselves were replaceable or not.

Any sort of sealant will work, caulk... ect. I repaired my rubber hot dog tube for a jetski with a quick drying latex paint thing. Patched it right up.
