Default Need a base tune to drive car to tuners shop

I have LS1 Edit and HPTuners so either one will work.

I have installed the APS TWIN TURBO kit on my 2002 Pontiac Trans AM WS6
I have 60# mototron injectors, racetronix fuel pump, 317 6.0 liter truck heads that have been milled .010" and I used the 12589227 head gaskets with .051 compressed thickness.

Everything needed to run this car is installed, I am running a stock shortblock, stock rear end, stock T56 6 speed, and stock driveline.

I still have the MAF setup but do not mind if the tune is setup for SD either.

I have included my stock flash as well, only fan temps and TQ limiter have been changed from stock.

Thanks in advance

Here is an injector table for your 60lb injectors. Not sure what your fuel pressure is with that fuel pump but I figured it up at 58 PSI which is about normal for stock. Just paste it into Engine, Fuel Control, General, Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA VCA table. I would post up the excel spreadsheet I used to figure it up but for some reason .xls files are not allowed.

69.28325412 69.71504837 70.14418464 70.5707114 70.99467569 71.41612314 71.83509806 72.25164345 72.6658011 73.07761161 73.48711443 73.89434793 74.29934942 74.70215521 75.10280062 75.50132005 75.89774699

Thank you very much, when I paste them in they change slightly? is it because of the decimal point that it rounds up or down?

Here is what mine says when I paste them in;

69.26006 69.69410 70.12814 70.56218 70.99621 71.43025
71.86429 72.23632 72.67036 73.10440 73.47643 73.91047
74.28250 74.71654 75.08857 75.52261 75.89464

Unless I'm pasting them in the wrong area?

Thanks again for your help.

In HPTuners it only goes 5 places past the decimal, the numbers I was given by wht01ws6ta go 8 places past the decimal.

Whats up with that?

Did you post them in the Injector Flow Rate vs. KPA VCA table?

Maybe it's changing a little because of another number factored in like the Offset vs. Volts vs. VAC, not sure, but I wouldn't worry about it because to get it exact it should go off of your fuel pressure which will vary a little from car to car plus it's definitely good enough to get it to your tuner like you said. Have him check the pressure and make adjustments as needed to that table in addition to the whole rest of your tune.

You can download the Injector spread sheet from HP Tuners here:

I'm sure I am putting them in the right table, I have uploaded a pic of the table I pasted them in.

The car idled before but it was drowning in fuel.

Now it has a more even idle and runs better, but there is a loud pop in the exhaust now, no knock measured tho.

Thanks all for your help.

Car idles around 2300 RPM when it warms up since I put in the kit?

Anything else I need to tune?

I wont be driving it over 2200 RPM to the Tuners just dont want to break anything on the way over there
