Generation IV External Engine - Good exhaust for power & not too loud?

Well I just recently went the ls3 stroker route. I have afr225 heads and a healthy sized solid roller cam. All the other typical bolt ons one would expect.

The only thing I havent changed really is the exhaust. I currently have pacesetter 1-3/4" headers with pace setter ORY. I then welded the ORY to the stock back half of the factory exhaust system with an electric cutout. So I can open the cutout for power/noise, but keep it closed for decent street sound.

Well, I will be getting the new combo tuned soon, and I know this system will be hurting my power output dramatically. I just cant seem to decide what to go with.

I do know I want some 1-7/8" headers, but from there, I dont know what else. I want an improvement power wise over what Im currently running. Keep in mind I dont have emissions testing here, so I dont need cats.

I was thinking of TSP true duals..

problems are, there are 3 different muffler selections and I dont know which are the better ones, also I dont like how they dont go over the rear axle...that could get me in trouble with the law...

Otherwise, are any of the 3" single muffler systems with ORY, even worth major power on a large cube build?

Also, what are the major differences between the TSP 1-7/8" headers and others out there such as the American Racing, and Kooks, etc.

I dont have any of them in front of me, so I cant honestly tell and Im sure some people on here have seen a few different kinds and could give me the scoop.

:chug:

well, i have a bolt on car the tsp 3 inch on mine with the moroso spiral flows on it, cruising at highway speeds i just barely have to have the radio on to drown out the exhaust noise, but when i get on it, all hell breaks loose, lol. and it is very easy also to get the system extended under the axle, shouldn't run more than $100 or so at any decent exhaust shop if you supply the tips
