Yes, they will. The back seats are a direct bolt in swap. The front drvers seat will require you to use the monting bracket from the 3rd gen to be used on the 4th gen seat. Other than that is really is that simple.

I didnt think you even had to switch the bracket to get them to work in front. As far as i know the rear seats will have a slight gap, but nothing really serious at all too.

Yeah, one of the brackets will not line up properly and I am pretty sure its the drivers side. I will go out to the shop in a little bit and look in my 87 Formula and see. I put seats out of a 2000 in it a couple years back. As far a s gap in the back seat...I dont have one. In fact for it to line up and bolt in right it couldnt have one.

The seats from an '02 were a direct bolt-in on my '85.

I checked and I did change the drivers side slider but I remembered it was to reuse the factory power seat slider. So I knew I changed it I just couldnt remember why....it probably would bolt up fine.
