also, there are adjustable ones that don't use rod ends at all, and instead, use a screw adjuster in the center of the LCA (i believe certain BMR LCA's are like this), and they won't have the problem with cheap, noisy rod ends either.

with a lowered car, travel of the lca moves the wheel closer to the front of the wheel well when the lca's are no longer parallel to the ground.
with lca relocation brackets, it moves the lca back to parallel to the ground (again, if the car is lowered) which brings the wheel back to the stock position that is closer to the rear of the wheel well.
any handling benefit to shortening the lca's?

I have UMI non adjustable LCA's and their bolt-in relocation brackets. I have the LCAs in the middle hole of the brackets right now, because I can't put them in the lower hole due to clearance issues with my 27" ET streets. Even in the middle hole, the ET streets rub the back of the wheel well at the top end of the track.
I have adjustables en route.
Here are the UMI adjustables Im installing this week:
