Eibach Sportline #360 #80-137 1.6" / 1.4"

OEM GM V8 98-02 #292 #114 0.00"

They’re a crappy spring that has way too much drop and not enough rate to compensate.

There is only one kind of sportline spring available, and you can browse the vendors to the right of the screen to see who sells them. If you only care about looks, and not about handling or ride comfort then you can go ahead and buy the front, otherwise I would highly suggest looking into another spring package all together. As already stated, from a performance point of view, these are the worst springs you can buy for our cars.

I just did most of the Hot Rod Power Tour with the Eibach Pro-Kit springs installed on my 02 SS and the ride was pretty rough. Love the stance...and granted I had a lot of tools and stuff in the back but I'm going to make a change. Spent time with the Air-Ride folks in Ames and may go that route.

Do you have stock shocks/struts?

Good dampeners like koni's would improve the ride. Just my .02

I do just have stock struts and shocks....may try the new shock route first. No doubt a lot less $$ than bagging it. I also had a quick and dirty true dual set up added at the last minute and had a fair amount of "banging" of the pipes going over the axle. This likely added to my concerns about the springs.

I don't know what a set of bags cost. A set of 4/4 koni's cost around $900. I would give Strano a call and talk to him about what your concerns are.

I had sportlines and stock dampeners on my Firehawk when I bought it. I hated it. Thats why I went Strano/Koni.
The car was really low with the sportlines though.

It just depends on what you want.

Try looking in the for sale section. Your going to hate yourself if you buy those springs and use stock shocks though.

Fair Warning!
