Pics of stock posi unit/or Detroit tru trac i have purchased a 99 Z28, it has had gears and seems to me to be a aftermarket carrier in it. can some one post pics of how the stock posi carrier is set up?
the one i have is somewhat similiar to a detroit tru trac, has the worm style gears, no center pin. Instead of a center pin has a chunk of metal that keeps the axles slid apart, so c clips do not fall out.
