Default Squeaking in Front End from a stop & going forward?

The noise only happens when the car has been sitting for a period of time, approx 1/2 hour or more. Once I put the car in 1st gear, and start moving it forward, there is this horrible squeak or crush kinda of sound.

Doesnt matter if I've backed out of the driveway first either, once I put it in 1st gear and pull away, it'll squeak. It'll happen if I pull forward straight, favoring left or right...but only from its first inital stop.

It'll promptly go away once it's made itself known. From here on out, I wont hear the noise during driving, or stopping at lights or what-ever. The car will have to sit again for about 1/2 hour before it'll happen again.

I just had the front end suspension parts lubed, but it didnt help, and I'm unable to make the sound happen at will, the car must sit for a time. I dont think temp matters, we've had hot weather and cold.

And thoughts??
