Default Wiper arm removal

Anyone ever removed a wiper arm from a 4th gen? My drivers side arm needs to be reclocked so it doesn't go past the edge of the glass and up onto the side trim. When they are turned off it doesn't go down far enough. I think someone removed it at one time and didn't put it back on right. I was going to reclock it real quick last weekend and couldn't get it off. I hope it just slides off after removing the nut.I'll have to dig out my bearing puller and give it another shot unless someone can verify how it comes off.
