Default Check engine light come from a bad plug?

Hi guys I installed LTs and Catted Y just the other day. Well when I was putting the plugs back in I think I accidentally cracked one. Pretty sure I did honestly. Well when I started the car up the check engine light came on. When I took it out on the Hwy the throttle felt like it was lagging and kind of floating/fluttering some. All the while the check engine light would blink then go steady for a bit then blink again. Can a plug make the light come on? Thanks!

A flashing SES is a misfire, bad plug can do that. See what the code is, could be something else too.

Could also be clogged converter if you still run one.
