1 day easily. About 6-8 hours once you've done a few. I'm sure some will say they can do them faster, but that's about how long it takes me and I've done over 10 of them. The springs can take longer than the cam depending on what spring compressor you use.

so will I be able to drive this thing for about a week until I can get to raging motorsports for a tune(I'm thinking about installing it myself at a buddys mechanic shop in Iowa...I will have to drive home about 3 hours and drive it to and from work all week) or will it have major issues until I get a tune???

I just finished installing my cam. Total time was about 9 hours. Spring change took the longest. We put a baseline tune in it, and it was great. I'm running a Lunati 224/224 112LSA on my 6sp. I drove it two hours home without any problems at all

Lol! How long does it take you to change valve springs!? You must be using the wrong tools!

The dealership did mines. brought it in for piston slap and they had to pull motor out to changed my lifters (warranty), so i asked the tech if he could install my cam while they had the motor out.tooked them one whole day for everything.
