Question Can I make my 99 4L60e Lock up at a colder temp?

With HPT can I make my Converter lock up at say 120 degree Coolant temp?I don't like running my car unlocked until it hits 140 degree coolant temp.I have looked through HPT and don't see where I can make this change.

TIA

Even though the PCM is not supposed to lock the converter until it reaches 65* C, I normally let my car warm up to operating temp but I've never had problem except in extreme cold temps. Otherwise the converter will lock with no problems regardless of the trans (stock or FLT vacuum-mod) or converter (2 Yanks, 1 TCI and 1 Circle D).

Takes to long to warm up and with my converter I dont like running my motor at 2500 to 3000 rpms until it hits 140 degrees.
