Western Members - California Edition Mustang???

so ive seen a couple of new mustangs that have the CE logo on them... i was just wondering whats the whole deal on that. California Edition? is it just a regular mustang or does it come with upgrades???

On topic, I know the first ones from the new generation got those dumb @ss looking small foglights (in the grill as opposed to the cool large ones) and some other appearance treatment.

That made some in 1989 that were white w/green lettering on back. I guess you are probably talking about a newer mule. The old one was 205hp.
