Default Another pushrod thread..

I'm a little unclear on what pushrods to get. I need hardened pushrods. .224/.228 on a 115 lsa is going in the bird. Can someone clarify how this works and what I might need.

Best to buy an adjustable pushrod, install the cam then measure.

Does this motor have OEM lifters? Stock heads (untouched)?
More than likely, you are looking at 7.400" or 7.425" depending on the base circle of the new cam.
Although as mentioned, safest way (and the way to maximize the cam) is to measure. Maybe you need a 7.413" or something.

Motor is untouched. Valvetrain is stock.
