Just like last year.
We were at Meijer last night, first time I have had the car out in 4 weeks and we were watching the lightning in the distance. Got kind of chilly as well and I just thought that was ridiculous. Mon-Fri we get mint weather and the weekend is crap most of the time. We wait 6 months through the winter for the summer and then can't even enjoy it! It'll be fall soon, WTF????
end rant...

a group of us planned to race at GLD last night, but the weather was on and off all day and night so we didnt. It sucks.
its gay that the weather stations report a percentage change of rain. Like this weekend is 30% chance all weekend, that ***** me in making any plans with the camaro.

I got the smoker grill going today and I'm watching the crosstown classic. I bought some ribs this week and never once looked at the weather. Oh well it cleared up here for a bit and now the clouds are rolling back in. I love grilling in the rain. I hope it dries up today. My son has a ball game this evening. Vince

Well I just got back into the area, and if I can, I will swing out a little later tonight. Depends on the kiddo though. Weather turned out fairly nice tonight, but thats just it.... It TURNS out nice after a crappy start, and people make other plans and just dont come out.
What do you think is hurting it more, the weather or the gas prices?
Did I hear something about smoked ribs? Damn I just ate and that makes me hungry.

They were good. Starting a pork shoulder roast when I get up. I made one a few weeks ago and made pulled pork sandwiches with it. Good chit and very cheap! I just got done making the dry rub, applying the rub and then getting it covered up with some plastic wrap. I let it sit in the frig overnight to let the spices sink in a bit. Then it's time to get the smoker going again. and 8-10 hours later it's done. Should be ready about the time the game starts at 7:00.

I got caught in the rain with my car today. It was sunny when I went out for lunch then it turned overcast real quick. Before I could get home it just opened up. MT DR + rain + 40mph in 6th gear = me hydroplaning through a damn intersection. I didn't get out of my lane but I bet then minivan next to me was freaking out.
