Default Circuit 1020: Where is it at?

I am trying to get my A4 to get out of LIMP mode, commanding only 3rd gear.
I need 12v at Pin E of connector and according to this diagram it will be circuit 1020:
http://www.ls2.com/boggs/a4/autotransinlineharness.htm

And I am not sure where this wire comes out of the PCM, b/c 1020 is not listed in this:
http://www.ls2.com/boggs/torques/2001pinpcm.htm

From some searching this circuit is located at pin out 75, but not sure it is the blue or red and from the pinout above it shows this is not used so how does the trans/selonoids get their needed voltage to operate, hence why mine is not working right, it is not getting 12vs at the connector at the trans.

I would need to know what year/application harness to tell you for sure. But circuit 1020 does not get power from the PCM. Gets it from the fuse center. On a f-body harness that would be connector 100 pin G (99-02 harness)
