I just put on QTP LT headers and a custom ORY w/ flowmaster merge. I alos had a partial tune done (best we could do w/ a cracked plug in). The car sounds great and "feels" faster. However after watching videos from a few runs before and after, it doesn't look to be any faster. Any opinions???

BTW: Car has 2.73 gears in both videos(sig says 3.73's but I don't have them in yet and I deleted the "editable" sig of my computer so it had to stay on haha)

FWIW I ran a 13.53 in the 1/4 with a Lid and FTRA. With 1 3/4 LTs, O/R Y, CB & ECO I ran a 13.17...so there is improvement. It's not a ton but the best way to find out if it helps is to have before and after track times.

I noticed my car pulled way harder on the expressway after headers and y.

I also noticed that before I got my tune, the car would run faster at about 90% throttle than it did at WOT.

got any pics of your custom Y and merge?

My car goes to shop next weeks for a custom Y using the Flowmaster merge

My car will go back into the exhaust shop next week to get a few pipes clearanced to stop rattling. I will take some pictures for ya.

I guess I'm just a little disappointed in the fact that almost every thread I've read about people newly installing LT's are amazed by how the car feels afterwards. Maybe I was expecting too much.
