Nitrous Outlet PLate Kit and nos mini controller ?

Nitrous Outlet PLate Kit and nos mini controller ? Do i use the relay and the controller when wiring up my nitrous? I have done a search and looked through diagrams and couldn't find any that have this setup. I am running a single stage so i don't know what to do with the other wires for the second stage as well. Anyones input will help

I've been running mine without a relay for well over a year with no problem....NOS tech told me you don't need it.....and just wrap those other wires up and hide them under the dash.

Well its too freaking late now, i burned up a $200 dollar nitrous controller cause I miss read the directions cause they suck. Its hard to be a college student living paycheck to paycheck spending my hard earned money on car stuff just to be disappointed. $200 dollars is a lot of money to me.
