Default cooling fans question?

Can I make both the fans run at the same time? without turning on the "max" AC switch?

I believe the fans wouldn't run continously in max unless it was up to temp. Still determined by the PCM. You would want basically make the "fan switch kits" everyone talks about. Try a search for those.

I think you are basically providing an alternate excitation to the coil of the number 3 fan relay. I'd have to look though.

Both fans should be running simultaneously, either low or high speed?
