Default She's back!!!!

I was gonna try and get some #'s out of her at the little 1/8th mile track in Miami last night, but got rained out, so I had to pull her back off the trailer this morning when I woke up and had the camcorder still in the truck ready to go, so I figured i'd shoot a little vid for everyone!

Can't wait to get out to the track and get some #'s!!!!

Still gotta work on the cold start a little bit, gotta rev her a couple times to get her to catch, only after she been sittin over night though, so i'll figure that out eventually.

Thanks guys, can't wait to get her out to the track, I already got wot pretty set, still doing a lot of part throttle tuning, a lot of that seemed to be affected with the new tb and intake setup, gonna take some time and a lot of driving, drove her to work this morning to do some logging, she's gettin there! But it seems as if she's getting a lot worse gas mileage than she used too, not sure which change caused it though, changed a few too many things to know what to blame it on, but i'm thinkin the intake setup!

Oh trust me dude, i'm not worried if the car goes faster, but so far from the butt meter, i'm worried, it feels slower, but I haven't been in it in a long time and the last time I was, I was spraying, so we'll see what happens as soon as I get to the strip, ******* florida and all the damn rain!!

Everything is the same except the intake, tb, and I bumped up to 12:1 compression from 11.3:1 and upgraded to 1-7/8" headers from 1-3/4".

I got her holding 12.7 a/f and set the timing at 25 degrees to be safe since I bumped the compression up, I used to run 28 or so with the fast 90 and 11.3:1 compression. You think 25 is a good starting point? I'm still running it on 93, that's the only reason i'm a little worried. But so far, like I said, by the seat of the pants meter i'm a little worried, hopefully it won't rain this saturday so I can hit up the track, the local 1/4 is closed down for repairs, but I can get to the 1/8th, can't get to BMP till I replenish my bank account, that's a 4 hour ride each way and gas prices are ******* rediculous these days!

Thanks dude, to be honest with you, i'd love to move up to where my dad is at in Connecticut, but I can't convince the woman to move out of Florida, so i'm kind of stuck here, i'm working on her for North Carolina and it's a possibility, she said it's the only other place she would go, but I gotta wait till she finishes college, she won't go anywhere till then. But also, if there's no openings up there for me transfer i'm stuck here, cuz there's no way i'm leaving my new job, i'm loving what i'm doing now and getting paid pretty well for it!

WAIT A SECOND, THE NAME AND EVERYTHING TOTALLY WENT OVER MY HEAD, IS THAT YOU SHANE, AS IN MY COUSIN SHANE ON LONG ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hahaha, thanks Robert, she better idle, she's set at 1150 in neutral park and bumps down to 1050 when I put her in gear (there is no way for the car to know if it's going into gear, so the tables don't change or anything, just the load makes it drop 100 rpm and I want it @ 1050 in gear, so I have to set 1150). I'm sure I could idle her lower, but I like the fast choppy idle, it would sound weird to me slower, have just always had her idling up there. Oh and I already fixed the cold start problem, woohoo!!!
