Angry NEED HELP FAST ticking valvetrain

i had the valve cover off didn't see anything would like to pinpoint the rocker/pushrod it's coming from. can i run it with the valve cover off. or will i get oil everywhere

i can hear it through the exhaust too. it runs fine no backfireing i will probably just replace the cam, rockers, lifters, springs, or would i half to remove the heads to do valve springs.

You need to pull the pushrods out to have a look at them. Then you can see if any are bent.

the pushrods are fine i think it may be the lifters. and i kind of want to do a cam while i am in there. probably the MS4. but if i replaced the valve springs would i half to take the heads off.
