there can be as many as 10 karts in one race so i am trying to get at least that but shooting for 20 people so that we can have 2 sets of races (24 laps per race). i estimate that the races will be about 20 to 30 minutes each and if we have 4 total races (2 for each set of 10 people) then we will be there for 2 hours from 8pm to 10pm when they close on thursdays. this way we are more like buying out the place for the 2 hours, i am hoping that will be a less expensive route.
i have about 9 people interested in trying to make this work. please let me know if you can for sure make it. i need you to be 100 percent committed to make this happen!

I need everyone to commit to this 100% so that I can call tomorrow and get it reserved.
Here is the list so far. I need at least one more person to call and I can have as many as 20 racers total. I will be video taping so I won't be racing.

Pricing Pay by Race is $20.00 for your first 2 races and $10.00 for each additional race.
To buy the track exclusively on Thursday night would cost $1,200.00
This pricing is the same as what we would individually pay if:
There are 20 people and each person races 4 times at the pricing given.
So, I need 20 100% definitely going to be there and definitely racing people if we want to buy out the place. Otherwise we will each just pay by race.
They have group packages where you get more stuff (like score card print outs, trophies, food/beverages) and it is more expensive. I don't really need any of that but if you want to know what they are I can send you the info.
If you do get hungry they have Appetizers (Hot & Cold) $5-$10 or Choice of F1 Entree $12.95. (I also have a menu of their food if you want to know before going let me know)
