Default Making my own O2 eliminators

Can you guys help me out here? Tried 3 different ways and the code keeps popping. Any input would be nice.

your right. but hp and efi don't make shut offs for mustangs.
so any help please

Made one for my durango with 2 spark plug non-foulers screwed into eachother, and the top one drilled out, then just screw the o2 into it, and the other end in the pipe. Worked for 20,000 miles believe it or not.
