any pittsburgh police officers here? i need your help.i won an auction on ebay and havent recieved item.got the the seller # and he said he shipped it to another person,he said he'll refund my money but i dont trust him.if you can help pm me because i dont have access to a computer and im using my phone and it sux,also include your email address so i can email from my phone,thanx in advance
