I thought it was never forgotten like the 9/11 events, the american flag ties into those events also. That type of deal

I agree that the license plate is Not Forgotten.
Talk to Sean at Top Gear Motorsports... from what the article says he did some work on the car, he would have more information on the owner.

Yea met the guy at invasion. It's not forgotten. I forget what he said they use it for. I remember that I liked his lock box though. Kinda like you can get for the jeep wranglers. It looks like the decals might have changed a little since I saw it last. Or it's just cuz I tried to block it from my memory.
