Default Lights Not Working

I have a 98' Trans Am Convertible
and the interior lights dont work at all

including the dome lights

wont work via door unlocking,
wont work via door opening

map lights are the same however wont work even with the switch

I have pulled the fuses and swapped with other ones and no luck
checked the bulbs with the exception of the maps lights

any ideas or places to start?

driving me CRAZY

thanks in advance..........

when you pull the kick panel off you if you look near the top of the dash near the fuse panel you should see it, its a black wire and a bolt going into the frame.

that is true, when i was vht-ing my taillights one of the bulbs ended up becoming loose and it caused the tailights and gauge cluster to go out, might want to check your taillights also, but then again it was because of a blown fuse and if he checked all the fuses then who knows. OP you checked both the fuses under the dash and under the hood right?
