Default Replacing HVAC Bulbs to LEDs, Please Help

I figured this is kinda an "electrical" situation, so, here goes.

I'm changing the HVAC and door handle light bulbs to LED's. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to correctly get the bulbs out of the socket. Do I need to break them? I feel like im missing something, and feel incredibly stupid.
Someone help if they could, please.

Thank You

Thanks iroc for actually responding, lol. Do I have to twist the bulb itself? Its hard to get a grip on it.. I got them on ebay. Just search 74 LED and you'll get a bunch. I got white ones since T/A's have the red film over them..

Hahaha I'm putting in white LED's cause if I use red, it'll be very dim since all T/A's have red film over there lighting areas. The white should be bright as hell thus making a strong red glow after hitting the film. The seller on ebay has a load of colors. I'm gonna try to swap em out after I finish eating my BK burger heh. I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks again

One of mine was hard to remove and I busted it. Just bust them and use a pair of pliers to pull the bulb out.

Yeah it's dark out now and kinda hard to see so i'm gonna hit them up again tomorrow. I broke one earlier, only problem was i broke the HOLE bulb that was exposed so I had nothing to grab, lol.

Use a small needle nose and bend a side an twist it. It is probably froze in a little.. Mine came out pretty easy. The *** end of that Iroc-z(yours looks like a Z28 with the grey) in your avatar looks like my old 87 TPI 5spd. What a car that was!! I have 4,that was my fav.You didn't tell me if the bulbs where for the doors or if you had some for the steering wheel controls too?

That was actually my last car, an 87 Sport Coupe. It didn't look like a Sport Coupe cause of the huge *** tires and drag rims I had on it haha. That car looked pure badass, sucked to sell it. I bought it when I was 14. I'm gonna mess with the lights again tomorrow. I bought 6 LED's, 2 for door lights, 2 for HVAC and Im still contemplating where to put the other 2.. They're #74 bulbs.

Here's the Camaro if you wanna see:
