Installing Moser 9"... found a great way to R&R the diff

Smile Installing Moser 9"... found a great way to R&R the diff

Borrowed a friends motorcycle jack. Wide enough on the pads that the pumpkin fits in the middle and the axle tubes are supported by the jack pads. The car itself is on jackstands. All I need is to lower the rear with the motorcycle jack and wheel it out from under the car. Install for the 9" will be the reverse.

Figured this might help someone out in the future

Will post a pic when I get to that point.....(working a lot lately, so probably Saturday)....

That method will probably add years of use to your back. I had to move mine around fully assembled by myself. Now my nuts drag the ground.
