Default Need camshaft suggestion

I'll try to keep this as simple as possible. Help me pick a cam that fits the following criteria. (Yes, I have researched (search), but want to know your opinions).

Stock cubed LS1 346 CI
Livernois Stage 3 milled to 59cc (hypothetically)
Cometic 0.040" head gasket (hypothetically)
LS7 lifters
Chromoly pushrods
Yella Terra ultra lite 1.7 roller rockers

Custom Long-tube headers 1 7/8" primaries
2.5" (to keep noise down or should I go with 3") true dual (Magnaflow catted, X-pipe, Borla ProXS mufflers)
2.5" dual e-cutouts (for when I want the loud)
4" intake filter
Vengeance ported FAST 92/92
ASP underdrive pulley

Exedy Hyper Single
Carbon fiber driveshaft
Upgraded MAF or SD tune
Maybe EWP

My Goals are...
Quiet engine/exhaust (if possible)
Excellent steady no lope idle (not good, not fair, but excellent idle)
Well-mannered, streetable, sleeper
430rwhp+ (if possible, truthfully I'll be happy with 410+)
Weekend fun car, will not see the strip, mostly street driving
No flycutting please (I know, I know...)
Tolerable dynamic compression ratio (around or under 9:1) with 93 pump gas
Low emissions

Car weighs 2800lbs with driver

What cam fits this criteria? If nothing then what custom grind would you recommend? Ultimately I know I will have to measure to make sure everything fits (PTV), but if you know something that fits with this combination (59cc + 0.040) off the top of your head that would be helpful. I'm thinking something with a 116 LSA to keep that idle where I want it, but am open to other ideas.

Thanks!

Ohh and a very knowledgable member (cam designer) suggested to me 218/230 0.605/0.604 116 +3

Thunder Racing Custom Camshaft
"Reverse Split" - 227/224 .569/.563 114 LSA (This cam will check in the 226 range on the intake lobe.) 2200-6800 RPM Power Band. Excellent mid-range & high RPM power. Automatic cars require computer tuning and it is recommend for optimum results on manual transmission cars. Better piston/valve clearance than 230/224 cam for applications using heavily milled heads and/or larger than stock valves. Slightly smoother idle than 230/224 cam. Due to the fast ramp rate of this camshaft, the use of 1.8 rockers is not recommended.

couple things

the stage 3 heads will likely have pretty big runners, which will hurt your low and mid range

never heard of the exedy clutch...

combo that should make your goal:

Fast 92/92
AFR 205s milled for compression goal
228 cam or even the 224
spec 3+ clutch w/ light billet flywheel
EWP
1 3/4" LTs (bigger will hurt power with your intended setup)
true duals
pulley
other obvious small bolt ons

no real need for the rockers or the cutouts. only thing the cutouts will do is add noise and decrease clearance.

CF drive shaft is a bad idea. seen several break under load and you really won't gain much other than a lighter wallet.

The list is the parts I have, except for the heads. All I'm looking for is a cam that fits into to those mods and those goals.

I ran the xer 232/234 .595/598 on a 112+2 and loved it. first gear was pointless it had so much tq with afr 59cc and .040 gaskets and a tune.

Now i went to a xer 238/242 .605 /.610 and i miss the tq but the top end is great. might go back to a smaller cam or i may go to a bigger stall and gears.already have a 3500 edge verter but with this cam need a 4000 plus to be fun to drive and it is not a dd

but you can not go wrong with the 232/234 cam made tons of tq

Yeah but did you have to flycut? That is a bit big. I need something smaller, something more street friendly.

Why not run their stage 2 cam? Also, to the guy that says the stage 3 head is big, it's only a 220 runner, pretty much the smallest out there on ported ls6 heads, so...

Anyways, their stage 2 is a 232/.595.

I know from experience do NOT run a reverse split w/ their heads. and if you run a split patter keep the varience small. Like someone said 232/234, I wouldn't go anything past 4* of split w/ their heads personally...
