Default WIch combination will work with TSP 220cc 5.3L Stage 2.5 CNC heads

My car is a Trans am WS6 2001 A4, Mods are LT headersno cats, slp cold air intake, compcam 212/218 .522/.529 114, tuned, last results were 352rwhp and 355torq.
I have been researching for some good combination. For all i have read i think i will choose TSP 220cc 5.3L Stage 2.5 CNC heads, since a lot of people have used them and have great results. The other one i was thinking was the PRC LS6 stage 2.5 CNC heads, but people have use more the first one, and also i choose these heads because the price for the complete kit is excellent.
Now it comes the dificult part, choosing the right cam!!!

I have done a research on the following cams, but wasent able wich one will be better FOR MY GOALS: My goals are:
-dont want a choppy cam
-idle good, bot not very high
-I WANT A DAILY DRIVING CAR WITH POWER,in other words " a sleeper", just looking for around 390-450rwhp and good mpg.

And my options in cams are the following: And what rwhp can i expect fron the combo???
-TR224 .534/.536 114 range 1,700-6600
-TR 224/227 .563/.569 114 range 2400-7200
-XR281HR 228/230 .571/.573 112 range 2200-7200
-224R 224/224 .581/.581 114 (or 116) range 1400-6300
-228R 228/228 .588/.588 114 range 1600-6300

I know people love TR224 and i think it is my favorite because i should offer a good DD car and the power range is like for a street car.
But i am looking for opinions. And if you recommend other cam please tell wich want you think it wil work the best.

Id say the 5.3's and TSP 224r on a 114LSA, Its what I got and I did so because of the excellent results others have had with this same/similar combo's.

I had the TR 224 on a 112 with those heads and loved it. The car ran 11.8 at 113.5 MPH all day long and had more in it because it the car would hit the rev limitter on the 2-3 shift.

So i think i will go with the 228r, But what about the F10 and F11, both 114????
I have read that some people prefer it because it produces more rwhp under the curve, compare to the 228r, so it is a better DD cam?? I dont know because the power range of this cams are higher, so i am confused. Have any used them before?????
