I have an LM-1 that the power supply jack came loose from the board. I sent it in and got it back in under 2 weeks. I got it fixed for free and the LM-1 was almost 2 yrs. old. I was happy!

I had an LM-1 for 8 months used maybe 8 times, broke and sent in 3 times in a 6 month period.
Call and ask whats taking so long, they'll be dicks on the phone and say they're making sure it's a problem with the unit and not something you did to it. I got mine fixed for free all 3 times, then about gave it away on ebay.
Innovate SUCKS.

I had to RMA my old LC1 three times, sold the POS after the second time and bought a REAL wideband (dynojet). Turnaround time on the RMA was 10-12 days both times.

They returned mine with all the wires on the O2 sensor cut. Basically bare metal was exposed through the insulation. I have had more LC1s go out then I can count. Defintely going to end up switching to some other widebands. They were defintely *ssholes to me on the phone about returning it as well.

They have been nice via email so far.

LC1 widebands are the best when they work, and the worst when they dont.

Just called Innovate today, my LC1 controller was toast but the sensor was fine. The gentleman said I would be getting a new controller and sensor deliverd next week.

Pretty good service!

Nope.

Just another average Joe that had a shitty LC1. So that service should go for anyone.
